LlanesEvents may modify the conditions set forth herein at any time, and they will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in effect until modified by other duly published conditions. The conditions were last modified on November 18, 2020.

SECURITY

The website uses generally accepted industry information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Our secure server guarantees the privacy of the data you transmit to us. This privacy is achieved through the SSL protocol, encrypting the data sent using the RSA encryption system, so that no one can appropriate it since they do not have the necessary key. You can check that your browser is secure if the padlock symbol appears and you can also see that the URL changes slightly: it no longer begins with http but with https.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before completing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Below, we detail the shipping costs in the following table:

  • Spain: €2.95 (peninsula), €4.95 (Balearic Islands)
  • For shipments to the Canary Islands, please contact us first.
  • Europe: €8.95. Rest of the World: €9.95

Delivery time in Spain: Between 1 and 2 days.

PLACING THE ORDER

To place an order it is necessary to connect to www.llanesevents.com, and register as a user, completing the electronic form that appears at all times on the website of the online store and following the instructions indicated therein. After registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the instructions on the screen, completing for this purpose the order form provided and validating it.

The prices presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online orders made at www.llanesevents.com. All prices published on our website are VAT included.

The validation of the order by the client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract.

Once the purchase is made, and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of the purchase, LlanesEvents Customer Service will send you a receipt by email.

If you do not agree with the data contained in said confirmation, you may request their modification or cancellation of the contract.

LANGUAGE OF FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT

The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The selection of products offered on www.llanesevents.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. As it is electronic commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could eventually happen that the stock runs out during the purchasing process.

If this happens, we will inform you immediately to offer you an alternative or refund the amount paid for the product.

WAY TO MAKE CLAIMS

To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us.

FAILURE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT

In the event of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the purchased product not being available or for any other reason, the client will be informed of this lack of availability and/or reason that justifies it and will recover the sums without any undue delay. that has been paid under it.  In the event of unjustified delay by LlanesEvents in repaying amounts paid, the customer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to compensation for damages incurred in excess of that amount.

SHIPPING MODE AND TIMES

Products are shipped to the shipping address you provided in your order. If you order multiple items with different availability, the shipping time will be based on the longest estimated delivery date. In exceptional cases, LlanesEvents reserves the right to split the order, sending available items and holding unavailable items for a second shipment.

To carry out the transportation and delivery of shipments, we have chosen a courier company of recognized prestige.

The established shipping time will depend on the order requested. It will be approximately five business days from receipt of payment, considering business days Monday through Friday.

In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, and contact them within 14 days following the delivery. reception. No return of a damaged item will be accepted, as well as a claim for a missing item, if it has not been communicated within the established period, sending us photos and a description of the problem.

All this without prejudice to the right of guarantee for products that do not comply with the contract that assists every consumer, in accordance with current regulations.

PAY

LlanesEvents accepts credit card payments; you can use Visa and MasterCard. If you pay by VISA or Maestro, your card will be charged deferred, that is, at the time of shipping. This way, only the items shipped will be charged at the time of shipping. If the POS terminal indicates a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, the issuing bank must be compliant with the Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) Security Protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we offer payment by bank transfer. LlanesEvents reserves the right to decline any credit card transaction. In this case, we will refund the cash to the original card. In these cases, and if the customer is interested in proceeding with the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made at www.llanesevents.com at our office located at La Portilla 135 Hotel Prau Riu - 33509 Llanes, completing the withdrawal document that you can download here.

The maximum period to request a return is stipulated in the following periods, from receipt of the order:

-14 calendar days for all products in our online store.

The return will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. This right is additional to the right of guarantee recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.

The circumstances that may cause a return are the following:

a) If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered: You can return it via courier to LlanesEvents. We will refund the price of the product, but not the return shipping costs.

b) If you wish to exchange it for another item, the return costs will not be covered by LlanesEvents.

c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: LlanesEvents will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

d) The products must be packaged and unsealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.

Returns of products not purchased from LlanesEvents will not be accepted in either physical stores or the online store.

In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, included.

In accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014 on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excepted for those products that are clearly personalized or that have been made in accordance with the client's specifications.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

In the event that an order is canceled before departure, the customer will not have any costs. In the event that an order is canceled after the merchandise has shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the order.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, or materials worn due to use. Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the product, whether new or second-hand, will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. LlanesEvents reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an official technical service provider. If a defect is found to be due to misuse, the repair will be chargeable. In cases that justify the warranty, the option will be repair, replacement of the item, a discount, or a refund, under the legally established terms.

REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID

The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.

LlanesEvents will not refund the amount or reship any merchandise until we verify receipt and the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned or exchanged item in our warehouses. The refundable price is the original price listed on the order, excluding shipping costs. Once the returned product's condition has been verified, LlanesEvents will refund the amount within a maximum of 15 days.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between LlanesEvents and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM

The entity is committed to online dispute resolution in consumer matters in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link:
