Get ready for a musical journey From Asturias to Mexico, where two cultures united by music meet on stage.

Nestor will offer us a repertoire full of emotion, combining the strength and feeling of the Mexican rancheras with the deepest essence of Asturian Song.

A special fusion featuring familiar melodies, tradition, and roots. Furthermore, the section dedicated to Asturian song will include accompaniment to the... Nicolás Alonso's bagpipe, adding even more authenticity and excitement to the show.

Two lands, two styles, and one shared passion for music.

Nestor He began attracting attention while still a child. In March 2020, at just ten years old, he participated in a Tonada Gala at the Llanes Casino alongside the veteran Celestino Rozada. Even then, he was being presented as one of the leading young talents in Asturian folk music. In 2021, he also appeared performing with a choir on Llanes and closing a show with solo songs.

Since then, he has gained increasing prominence at festivals, cultural events, and competitions throughout Asturias. His repertoire is closely tied to traditional Asturian song, including tracks like "Cuando yo fui a Covadonga" (When I Went to Covadonga), "Mocina dame un besín" (Young Lady, Give Me a Kiss), "Santa Bárbara bendita" (Blessed Saint Barbara), "Voy pa Llanes" (I'm Going to Llanes), and "Al pie del Cuera" (At the Foot of the Cuera). He also particularly enjoys ranchera music, a genre he has expressed an affinity for, linked to the historical ties between Asturias and Mexico. In December 2025, he explained that he loves ranchera music because he considers Asturias and Mexico to be closely connected.

His career took a significant leap in November 2025 when he won the II Premiu d'Asturianada Obdulia Álvarez "La Busdonga" in the youth category, reserved for those under 22. The award is one of the most prestigious recognitions in Asturian song. At the beginning of 2026, the Principality also announced that the award winners, including Néstor, would join the Asturian delegation to the Interceltic Festival of Lorient.

She currently performs regularly in the municipality of Llanes and other Asturian venues. In July 2025, for example, she participated in the Llanes Events Folk Sessions, and in 2026 at the Sacramental de Meré with a concert specifically billed as featuring a repertoire of "rancheras and tonadas." There are also shows expressly conceived around this combination, such as "From Asturias to Mexico," where her music is presented as a journey through Asturian musical tradition, emigration, and the cultural connection with Mexico.

The donation for the artist is €4 online or €5 at the door.
